Outline of Research at the Start

内閣府の調査によると、孤独や孤立を感じる親の割合が増加しており、約4割の親が孤立感を抱えていることが明らかになった。孤独・孤立は心身の健康や経済的困窮に深刻な影響を与え、自殺と社会的孤立には相関関係がある。子育て世帯への支援は就学前に充実しているが、学齢期になると社会的孤立が見えにくくなる。スクールソーシャルワーカー（SSWer）は、社会的孤立状態に陥った児童生徒とその家族を支援し、地域連携や社会資源を活用して困難に対応している。フランスの政策を参考に、学齢期子育て世帯の社会的孤立を包括的に支援するために有効となるSSWerの機能を提示することが本研究の目的である。
