わが国における高齢化率の上昇は、精神科領域においても課題であり、今後、介護が必要な精神障がい者の増加が懸念される。そのため、ケアマネジメントを担う介護支援専門員は、精神障がい者が地域の一員として自分らしく暮らすことができるようリカバリーに向けた支援を行っていく役割がある。しかし、介護支援専門員は、介護が必要な精神障がい者のケアマネジメントに困難感や不安を抱えていることが報告されており、その役割遂行状況には課題があると考える。
本研究の目的は、介護支援専門員が、どのような困難を感じ、支援を必要としているのかを明らかにし、ケアマネジメントの継続を促進するための支援プログラムを構築することである。
