Outline of Research at the Start

「住居荒廃（ごみ屋敷）」は、地域社会や自治体が直面する重要な福祉課題である。本研究では、地域住民が荒廃住居の当事者へ声がけを行い、行政や支援機関へとつなぐ行動を促す教育プログラムを開発し、ランダム化比較試験によってその効果を検証する。プログラムの開発にあたり、行政機関や支援機関、地域住民等にインタビューを通じて知見を収集し、評価尺度を作成した上で本実施に先立ち、事前の試行的実施を行い内容を確立する。これにより住民との協働による地域社会の孤立・孤独防止や住居荒廃の予防的介入、解決を促進し、地域全体の福祉的向上を図る。
