Outline of Research at the Start	現在の日本では、生活困窮者もしくは就労困難者に対する就労支援としては、福祉行政による短期的な「研修・訓練型」支援が主流だが、複合的な課題を抱える利用者にとって、その効果は限定的である可能性がある。一方、韓国では福祉行政と労働行政の双方が「研修・訓練型」支援を提供し、さらに「仕事創出型」支援も実施している。本研究では、これら3つのアプローチを比較分析し、それぞれの有効性を検証する。検証は「KPSビジュアライズツール」という独自の評価指標によって行う。本研究は、日韓における就労支援政策の多様化と効果的な制度設計に向けた重要な知見を提供することを目指す。
