Outline of Research at the Start

ひきこもり人口の増加に伴い、その支援体制の充実は国家的課題のひとつである。
ひきこもりの社会参加困難の要因は個別的ではあるが、一歩進んで一歩下がる逡巡と可逆を繰り返す現象は共通している。こうした特徴は申請者が実践している共生型農園運営との共通点が多く、０から始める遊休農地の開拓は失敗と挑戦の繰り返しであり、右肩上がりの成果を求めない土壌である。
本研究では、共生型農園活動が①ひきこもり当事者の居場所として定着するかを検証し、②農園活動のどの要素が支援として有効であったかを質的に解明し、③地域のひきこもり相談機関と中長期的な支援組織との有機的な連携の取り方について、農福モデルの一例を確立する。
