Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、DVと児童虐待両方の暴力被害を受けた母子が利用している母子生活支援施設を対象に、現行の支援ニーズを量的に把握して妥当化を行う。さらに、支援者養成において先駆的な取り組みを行っている母子生活支援施設とNew York Asian Women's Centerを対象に、支援者養成のための研修内容の質的分析・検証を行ことにより、この領域における支援者養成体制について考察を行うことを目的とする。調査対象とする組織の支援者養成体制について、暴力被害を受けた母子の支援ニーズをふまえて比較検討を行うことにより、DVと児童虐待両方の社会問題対策のみならず、社会的養護の質の向上にも寄与すると考える。
