Outline of Research at the Start

高齢化が拡大する日本において，高齢者の健康問題は多岐に渡る。その中で，食料品アクセス問題は特に高齢者の食事の多様性に影響を与え，フレイルや認知症，軽度認知障害（MCI）等の予防や回復に深い関係性を持つ。本研究では，過疎地域に在住する高齢者（以下「過疎地高齢者」）を対象として，食料品へのアクセス状況を確認し，近年の社会の変化を踏まえてそのアクセス状況と関係性を持つ要因を明らかにすることを目的とし，今後，食料品アクセス問題における「誰一人取り残さない」対策の検討に資する情報提供を目指す。
