Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、デジタル・トランスフォーメーション(DX)化と人工知能(AI)活用による高齢者ケア変容に対するソーシャルワーク専門職の課題と責任を探ることを目的とする。ソーシャルワーク倫理の視点から、文献研究と高齢領域ソーシャルワーカー対象の質的・量的調査により、DX化とAI活用に伴う高齢者ケアの変容のソーシャルワーク実践における援助判断への影響やソーシャルワーカーの実践上の倫理的課題への対処状況を分析し、課題と責任を明らかにする。
