Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、中国、日本、韓国、台湾の東アジア四地域における高齢者の所得構成（インカム・ミックス）と年金制度に着目し、所得構造の形成要因や年金制度の発展経緯を分析する。具体的には、高齢期の所得源を公的年金、市場からの所得（私的年金や就労）、家族からの支援の三つに分類し、その実態と構成要因を検討する。また、年金制度については、公的年金と他の所得源との関係、公的年金制度の創設・改革の歴史、そして現行制度の課題を分析し、少子高齢化に直面する東アジアの共通課題と今後の制度改革の方向性を明らかにする。
