Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、福祉的困難を抱える子ども家庭への早期支援に注目し、欧州で浸透している理論、支援モデルとその実践例を体系的に明示することを目的とする。方法は主に文献 研究と現地調査（インタビュー、欧州の学会等）で、スウェーデンに加えて3カ国（フラン ス、イギリス、デンマーク）を対象国とする。諸外国が長年注力してきた早期支援の効果や 限界を含めて、日本の政策や支援実践が参照、応用できる知見を提示することを目指す。
