Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、Moral injury（道徳的傷つき）に焦点を当て、児童養護施設職員と学校教員が抱えている困難を分析する。そして、Moral injury を防止し、また組織としてそれを乗り越えていくために、管理職や自治体担当部局が果たすべき役割を明らかにする。児童養護施設職員の早期離職や学校教員の精神疾患による休職などの背景にはMoral injury が潜んでいる可能性がある。この概念に焦点をあてることにより、児童養護施設職員及び学校教員への支援(支援者支援)に関する新たな知見を得、また、これまで見過ごされてきた制度・政策上の課題を明らかにし、改善へ向けた取り組みを行うことを目指す。
