Outline of Research at the Start

近年，住宅の確保が困難な高齢者や障がい者，低額所得者，母子世帯等（以下，住宅確保要配慮者）の住宅確保やその後の住み続けを支える居住支援にかかる取組みが各地で進みつつある．本研究では、居住支援にかかる支援者が参加する地域の居住支援ネットワークの構築を進め，その活動を推進するために，①住宅確保要配慮者の数やそのニーズを把握する新たなプログラムの開発，②居住支援におけるインテーク・アセスメントの内容とその水準の明確化,③居住支援ネットワークの構築・推進に資する教材の開発,の3点に取り組む．
