Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、高齢者の地域居住生活の継続の選択の関連要因についてケア提供者のサービス提供状況や自治体の施策といった関連要因、高齢者自身の人口減少に対する認識の変容とそれに伴う生活支援に対するニーズの変化を考慮に入れた上で、実証的に明らかにすることである。
そのために、4年間の研究計画期間において、公的統計の個票、自治体による医療介護レセプトデータ等及び介護予防・日常生活圏域ニーズ調査の個票、高齢者及びケア提供者へのインタビュー調査データを用いて、一国全体から小地域にわたって量的に解明することのみならず、質的な分析も併用することにより、詳細な構造を明らかにすることを試みるものである。
