Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、若年女性の健康増進とプレコンセプションケアに着目し、腸内環境改善を通じた予防的アプローチを提案する。妊娠・出産関連の心身健康問題に対し、希少糖アルロースの有効性を検証する。アルロースは小腸での吸収が少なく大腸で発酵し、腸内細菌叢のバランスを整える可能性がある。18～25歳女性を対象に、アルロース摂取前後の腸内環境変化と心理指標の改善を追跡する。この取り組みにより、食品成分による健康支援の科学的根拠を確立し、女性自身の生涯健康および将来のわが子の健康に貢献する知見を提供する。
