Outline of Research at the Start

児童相談所における児童虐待相談対応件数は年々増加しており、今後は多角的な視点で虐待のリスクを防止する対策を講じる必要がある。児童虐待と愛着に関連があることが報告されており、本研究では「愛着」に着目した。愛着障害は社会適応に支障をきたすことや愛着が低い母親は、子ども中心の受容的な関わりが乏しいこと、また喫煙妊婦は非喫煙妊婦に比べ愛着が低い傾向にあることが先行研究で報告されている。そこで本研究では、愛着スタイルと母親の喫煙の関連を検討し、「喫煙行動」をキーワードに児童虐待のリスクにつながる愛着スタイルの不安定な母親を妊娠早期に抽出し、母子対策を検討する。
