Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、漢方薬「小青竜湯」に含まれる複数の生薬が相互に作用し合うことによって発揮されるアレルギー抑制効果の科学的根拠を解明する。細胞モデルおよびマウスアレルギーモデルを用い、ケミカルメディエーター（ヒスタミン、LTB4）産生抑制に関与する生薬組み合わせと作用機序、ならびに有効成分を明らかにすることで、漢方薬を基盤とした新たなアレルギー治療法の構築を目指すとともに、生薬の相乗的効果に関する新たな知見を提供し、機能性食品や医療資源としての応用展開を視野に入れる。
