Outline of Research at the Start

わが国では、介護・医療分野の人材不足が深刻な問題で、2026年度には、約25万人の介護職員が不足するとされている。離職率が高い要因には同僚や利用者等とのコミュニケーション不足があがっている。外国人雇用も拡大しているため、より良い対人関係を形成させることは極めて重要である。そこで、非言語コミュニケーションの媒体であるユニフォームに着目し、日本の伝統柄を取り入れた介護・医療用ユニフォームが要介護者と介護士、患者と看護師間に生じる信頼感、緊張感、親しみ感、ストレス、仕事のやりがい感等の対人関係にどのような効果をもたらすか明らかにする。
