Outline of Research at the Start	腸内細菌叢は、宿主の食事や生活習慣等の要因により変動し、様々な代謝物質を産生することで宿主の生体機能に作用する。申請者は既に、腸内細菌叢や代謝産物が食事因子と関連することを明らかにしている。一方、先行研究では、食事因子の腸内細菌に与える影響度は薬剤や疾患に比べ低いと報告され、食事因子の影響を適格に捉える評価項目が確立されていない可能性を考えた。本研究では、腸内細菌叢解析における最適な食事評価項目の確立に向けて、研究の前半ではビッグデータを用いた解析を行い、食品や栄養素を総合的に評価する指標と腸内細菌との関係性を評価した後、得られた食事評価項目を用いて栄養食事指導による介入試験を行う。
