Outline of Research at the Start	室内塵性ダニの食品への混入はヒトへの健康被害が大きな懸念となっている。そこで本研究では室内塵性ダニに対して極めて高い忌避効果を有する分岐型脂肪酸（2-ブチルオクタン酸）を用いて、食品包装用資材への固定化を行い、生活環境でダニの侵入が起こりうる様々な食材（小麦粉、粉ミルクなど）に対する侵入阻止試験や実証試験を行うことにより、従来にない高いダニ防除機能を付与させた食品包装資材を開発する。
