Outline of Research at the Start

1989年の学習指導要領改訂で中学校・高等学校の家庭科が男女共修化された．先行研究では，家庭科の男女共修化が成人期における家庭内での夫婦の役割分担に影響を与えたことなどが報告されている．しかし，食生活への長期的影響は検証されていなかった．そこで申請者らは中学校・高等学校における家庭科教育の男女共修化による食生活への長期的影響の評価のためのパイロットスタディを行い，男性の調理スキルが向上したことを明らかにした．しかし予算の制限から詳細な評価はできていない．本研究では，中学校・高等学校での家庭科が男女共修化したことによる食生活への長期的影響を評価する．
