Outline of Research at the Start

従来のビタミンD栄養状態の指標の血中25-hydroxyvitamin D [25D] 濃度では評価しきれない、より高い臨床的意義を持つ生体指標を明らかにするため、25D以外のビタミンD代謝物を同時測定する。各種ビタミンD代謝物の筋肉量、身体機能、認知機能等との関係、ビタミンD摂取量との相関性を検討し、25D濃度を用いた場合との関係性の強さを比較することで新規のビタミンD機能的指標を明らかにする。
