Outline of Research at the Start	独自の歴史と文化を持つ有人国境離島地域では、少子高齢化と後継者不足により、農水産業の従事者数の減少や食料安全保障にも影響を与えかねない課題に様々な角度から支援がされている。時代を経て変化を続ける食環境と持続可能で実践的な食文化継承のために、離島地域と教育現場をつなぐ食文化継承と多世代で活用しやすい教育コンテンツが必要である。本研究では①離島の地域課題を考慮した食文化に関する現地調査と分析②地域の実情に合わせた食文化の継承と実施③食文化教育の評価の在り方について検討し、離島地域における食文化継承の現状とICTを活用した食育教材の作成と食育の実践そして地域に係る食文化の普及を目指すものである。
