Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、はじめに要配慮者の受入計画の現状把握と福祉避難所における要配慮者の属性に基づく生活環境の評価結果と建築環境整備との関係性の分析、地域別・災害種別に見た福祉避難所を運営する際の課題分析を行う。次に、既存施設におけるCDSの設置状況と導入と増設に向けた課題の分析、本来の施設機能に考慮した仮設型カームダウンスペースの開発と提案を行う。さらに訪問実態調査を通じて、福祉避難所に指定された施設と近隣の都道府県及び市町村並びに関係団体との協力関係及び運営訓練における課題分析を行う。まとめとして、本来の施設機能を維持しながら被災した要配慮者の受入れを可能とするための建築計画、整備方針の提案を行う。
