Outline of Research at the Start	現在、国内のアパレル生産現場である縫製工場は、生産拠点が海外に移ったことで廃業が進み、少子高齢化による後継者不足で縫製に関する知識や技術の継承が難しくなっている。そこで本研究では、パターン作成を含む縫製技術継承の問題に着目し、熟練職人の「匠の技」を数値化・可視化し、衣服製造におけるデジタルツインを構築する。熟練職人がパターン作成や縫製の際に生地物性をどのように考慮するのか、実際の縫製作業動作の観察と縫製時の注意点のヒアリングデータからポイントを抽出し、生地物性を考慮したパターン作成と縫製方法を検討する。3D モデリングも併用し、匠の技の継承と縫製工場の負担軽減を実現を目指す。
