Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では,アクターの「認識的要因」に着目した「アイディアの政治」を分析のための理論的枠組みとして,教員養成及び教員資格認定制度の多様化に関する政策過程を研究する。分析の時期は,特に教員資格認定制度の多様化が進んだ1980年代以降のアメリカ合衆国を事例とする。これらの研究成果を踏まえ,日本の教員養成及び教員資格認定制度改革への示唆を得たい。
