本研究は、①公共性と民主主義の観点から、多様なデジタル教育ツールの質保証の現状と課題を明らかにすること、②デジタル教育ツールの質保証を新たな教育知識と教育理論の共創プロセスとして捉え、その学術的枠組みと社会実装可能な仕組みを開発・生産者、政策担当者、そして利用者である子ども、教師との協働により検討し、将来に向けてのデザインを提示するものである。
