Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、まずミネソタ州を対象として「新たな公教育体制」としての「ミネソタ州モデル（仮称）」を調査によって明らかにする。
次に、他州との比較分析を通して、長らく維持されてきた米国の公教育体制に代わる「新たな公教育体制」構築に資する制度設計を行う。
