Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、第一にオランダの教師たちが直面している課題を明らかにするとともに、日本から提供できる資料の翻訳と共有を行うこと、両国教師たちが抱える課題の共有、日本人教師との直接的な交流を軸にした国際的教師教育プログラムの開発を行う。日本の教育実践を世界に発信し学んでもらうこと、日本の教師に対しても世界の現状を知らせることで教師のストレス耐性や回復力（レジリエンス）を高めることを目指す。
