Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、中国、韓国など東アジアの国、イギリス、アメリカ、オーストラリア、カナダなど我が国の教育政策の審議において参照されることが多いアングロ・サクソン系諸外国を対象にとして以下の問いについて多国間比較研究を実施したい。
○　諸外国において、副校長・教頭はどのような職務を担っているのか
○　校長や事務職員、主任等とどのような関係に置かれているのか
○　任用に必要とされる能力や資格、研修・養成制度等はどのように整備されているのか
