Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、戦時期の帝国大学に在籍した学生・生徒がどのような学生生活を送り、戦争とどのように関わったのかを、特に学生・生徒が置かれた環境の中で行なった進路・行動の選択に注目して考察する。研究対象として、研究代表者・分担者が所属する北海道大学の前身である北海道帝国大学に重点を置き、他の帝国大学、旧制高等学校・専門学校等の状況との比較考察を行なう。戦時期（1931-1945年）及び敗戦後の動向を対象とする。
