Outline of Research at the Start

視覚障害者の事務職就労では採用だけでなく定着が課題である。職場ごとに異なるスキルとタスクの開発が不可欠だからだ。学生と社会人のリスキリング支援が高等教育機関の急務である。
スキルは他者との相互行為で発達するが、特例子会社でのスキル発達に関わる本人・上司間相互行為の法則性は未解明である。
そこで本研究は、特例子会社の事務職視覚障害者と晴眼者上司からデータを収集、データ対話型分析法（GTA）で分析、過程の理論を発見し、新たなペアを支援する。併せて理論をテスト（AR）する。
高等教育機関や企業の人事部門等で即時活用できる科学的な理論と具体的な方法を提供、社会レベルの視覚障害者の採用・定着を促進する。
