| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は、生徒指導・教育相談における喫緊の教育課題である不登校児童生徒に対する支援の研究であるとともに、学校における教職員の働き方改革やメンタルヘルス支援、さらに「チーム学校」の視点による持続可能で効果的な校内支援体制構築にも資する社会的な意義をもった研究である。本研究のめざす柱は以下の３点である。
①別室登校支援を行う教員の負担感の解明
②教員の負担感も考慮した実効性の高い別室登校支援モデルの開発
③開発した別室登校支援モデルの実施と効果検証
