Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、多文化化と多言語化の進む沖縄社会の中で、困難な課題を抱える子ども支援の地域組織の種別、機能・役割、成果について明らかにする。次に、県内で最も課題を抱える学校と地域の子ども支援の実像を浮き彫りにし、子ども支援の今後の在り方について検証する。地域における子ども支援は、学校と居場所等の地域資源が補完的に、かつ相互に連携して行われるべきものであり、地域に根差した地域協働型の子ども支援の方法論を、先進地の事例（特に、韓国の「貧困児童プログラム」）を参考にしながら具体的な提案を行う。
