Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、タイのテクニカルカレッジに導入された高専教育モデルを卒業した学生の学修成果と職業へのレリバンス（有用性・関連性）を明らかにすることを目的とし、卒業生およびその就職先や進学先を対象とした追跡調査を行う。その際、日本国内の高専の創設当時の卒業生の状況や課題（経験的視点）とグローバル化を踏まえた「教育借用論」（林 2019）の理論的視点を援用する。これにより、タイにおける高専教育モデルの学修成果と職業へのレリバンスを実践と理論の両面から分析・考察することができる。さらに、その分析結果を基に同モデルの実装化の課題の解明、改善策を導くことを目指す。
