Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、公立小中学校の教員が健康を保ち、長く安心して働けるようにするために、学校管理職がとるべき具体的な働きかけや取り組みを明らかにする。「健康経営」の考え方を学校組織にとりいれ、教員の心身の健康を支える仕組みをつくる。教員の健康と働き方改革をつなぐ新たな視点を提示し、教員不足や早期離職といった国内外の教育の課題に応える手がかりとする。
