Outline of Research at the Start

女性が多く働く公務非正規職場の専門職が直面している困難性を実証し、その問題構造の解明するため、22K12646で行った5職種25人調査（2023-24年実施）のテキストデータ分析から、問題点を抽出し、その困難性に着目して、より詳細な調査を行う。その実態や問題構造を解明し、解決に向けての可能性を探求する。当事者のネットワークと連携して調査を実施し、その成果を社会にフィードバックし幅広い連帯を図る。
