Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、学校の自律化を推進することのできる学校管理職を養成するために必要な諸条件（制度的条件やネットワークの効果等）を解明することを目的として、日本とは異なる学校経営システムを運用しているニュージーランドを研究対象とし、学校管理職がどのようにして自律的に学校を経営し得ているのか、そのためにどのように力量形成を図り、いかなる支援を得ながら日々の経営に従事しているのか、その諸条件を実証的に追究する。
