Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、教育の質保証と多様性・革新性・創造性との両立を志向したドイツにおけるスタンダードの開発と運用の、州レベルの質保証制度と、民間による独自の質保証システムという対照的な試みを調査し、教育の質保証のための基準（「スタンダード」）の開発とその運用が持つ可能性と限界を明らかにし、学校・教師の自律性・専門性と結びついた実践の多様性や革新性（創造性）を担保する質保証システムとはいかなるものかを検討し、今後日本において多様性・革新性を担保した教育の質保証のためのシステムの改善・開発に資する知見を得ることを試みるものである。
