Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、論理実証主義者として理解されてきたノイラートの統一科学運動と社会教育実践の有機的な関係を調査・検討することで、現在の論理実証主義に関する像を教育学の立場から描き直すことを目的とする。ノイラートは、社会問題を誰もが理解できる言語（ベーシック英語と図絵）によって表すことで言語の相違によるコミュニケーションの壁を乗り越え、計画経済を可能にするとともに、労働者の置かれた状況を改善しようとした。論理実証主義の源流を史的に捉え直す動向が広がっているが、ノイラートを中心とする統一科学運動の意義は、この結節点となる教育実践を通してこそ新たな仕方で見えてくるはずである。
