Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、公民館単体での組織マネジメントよりも、むしろ地域づくりとの親和性が高いコミュニティ・オーガナイジングの流れを汲んだ公民館経営の特徴を踏まえた分析枠組みを、地域運営組織に組み込まれた公民館の典型事例である長野県飯田市の公民館等に応用させたうえで公民館財政の分析・評価を行うことによって、地域づくりとの関係を踏まえたかたちで社会教育財政研究を再構築する。
