| Outline of Research at the Start |
◇本研究は、設置努力義務化以降にコミュニティ・スクール（CS）を導入した自治体や学校（後発型）が、従来の「学校運営のあり方」や「学校と地域の関係性」から、CSを基盤とする「地域とともにある学校への転換」や「学校を核とした地域づくり」へとどうすればスムーズに移行し、実効性ある仕組みとして継続・発展せていくことができるかを明らかしようとする。そのために、後発型を類型化して、関係者の証言や事実で裏づけながら、また、先進自治体・学校と比較しながら、CSを持続的な制度として機能させるための条件や求められるマネジメント、などを考究していく。
