Outline of Research at the Start

いじめにおける仲裁経験者4名と傍観経験者4名に対し、1名につき3回の半構造化インタビューを行い、その結果を複線径路等至性アプローチ（TEA）の手法によって分析する。インタビューでは仲裁または傍観を選択するに至る道徳的判断の変遷、関係者との関係性の変遷、実際にとった行動とは逆の行動(傍観または仲裁)をとっていた可能性等について聞き取りを行う。インタビューの結果を踏まえ、TEAにおける主要な分析ツールであるTEM図を用いて対象者の道徳的判断の形成過程を整理し、分析する。最終的に仲裁経験、傍観経験それぞれについて4名の経験を総合した統合版のTEM図を作成し、その共通性と両者の分岐点について分析する。
