本研究は、外国人散在地域における文化的言語的に多様な子どもの教育に焦点をあて、適切な指導体制・指導者・内容・方法等について、国際比較を踏まえて検討するものである。文化的言語的に多様な子どもの教育では先進的とされる諸外国の中でも、散在地域においては、どのような指導が行われているのか、散在地域の環境条件を克服するにあたってのＩＣＴ活用の利点と課題はどのように認識されているか等を調査し、日本との比較研究を進める。
