Outline of Research at the Start

大学進学の機会格差（進学格差）をめぐる研究は1970年代から実施されている。そこでは、多くの外的要因（地理的要因等）の検討がなされるが、内的要因（文化的背景や考え方）の検討は弱い。
本研究では、内的要因に着目しながら、進学状況の異なる4県の量的調査による比較を行い、進学率が高くない1県について質的調査を実施、それらの成果を踏まえ、中等教育の現場での実践を通じた検証を行うことで、理論と実践の往還による研究を目指す。
