Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、教師の社会的位置とかれらが従事する仕事のあり方が大きく変化するなかで、日本の教師を支えてきた職業文化（教員文化）の特質と機能が今後どう展開しうるのかをケア論の視座から探究するものである。
具体的には、①教育と福祉の連携、教育とケアを主題とする近年の研究動向のレビュー、②ケアに焦点化した教育実践記録の収集と分析、③大阪府・沖縄県の教師を対象にしたインタビュー調査を実施し、a)学校が果たすべき社会的な責務に関する教師の認識構造の解明、b)多様性への個別対応と斉一的な集団指導という異なる論理を調整する論理の導出、c)多忙化状況における他者への配慮とセルフケアを両立させる戦略の解明を試みる。
