Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は, 教師集団が限られた時間の中でいかにして業務間の優先事項を決定し, 組織として学校運営を行っているのかについて, 組織の意思決定プロセスを「教師エージェンシー」の観点から調査する。個々の教師は, 各業務にどのような教育的価値や重要性があるのかについて意味づけを行っている。この業務の意味や重要性に関する認識が教師間で異なる場合, また, 個々の教師の認識が, 教員文化として継承されてきた価値観や実践方法と相いれない場合, 教師たちはどのように意に至るのか。教師がエージェンシーを発揮し, 教員の業務の捉えや実践方法に必要な変化を生み出せる社会文化的要因の特徴を明らかにする。
