Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、日本の高校における教員異動とそれが引き起こす組織の機能不全に関する実態を明らかにすることを目的としている。これまでの研究は主に中学校に焦点を当てており、高校、特に教育困難校における異動の実態に関する研究は少ない。日本の高校は、偏差値や教科専門性といった特殊性があり、特に教育困難校では異動が顕著であると予測される。本研究では、異動率と継続年数を文献および行政調査から把握し、異動の要因、適応要因、異動が学校組織に与える影響を管理職・教員へのインタビューを通じて探る。これにより、教員異動と教育困難校研究の知見を結びつけ、異動が組織の機能不全を引き起こす要因を明らかにすることが期待される。
