Outline of Research at the Start	近年、文科省の不登校対策は大きく転換しており、学校の内外に誰もが学べる多様な「場を作る」ことを推進している。教育現場がこの方針に対応することは、学校で教師が果たしてきた教師役割に一定の変化をもたらすと予想され、とくに子どもへの「ケア役割」という教師役割の特徴を変化させる可能性がある。本研究では、近年の新たな不登校対策を、教育現場がどのように実現しようとしているかを、自治体などでのフィールドワークを通して明らかにする。特に、教師がどのような「ケア役割」を担っているかについて、仮説的な知見を整理する。その上で、教師を対象にしたインターネット調査を実施し、得られた仮説の一般化可能性を検証する。
