Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、地方創生を実現しうる地方教育行政機構の在り方(首長部局と教育委員会との連携、県レベルの教育行政と市町レベルの教育行政の連携)の解明を目的とする。
研究目的の達成のために、〈首長－教育委員会連携、県レベル・市レベルの教育行政連携分析の理論的枠組みの構築〉〈アメリカの分権的教育改革施策（Kentucky Education Reform Act1990の分析〉〈地方創生期の地方教育行政機構の在り方の解明（首長のリーダーシップの発揮と「知事部局・県教育委員会」と「市長部局・市教育委員会」との立体的な連携が行われている高知県・高知市の事例分析）〉という3つの課題の解明を計画的に進めていく。
