Outline of Research at the Start

他の先進国と比較して、日本では特にSTEM分野における女性の数が少なく、その背景には、ジェンダー・ステレオタイプや、アンコンシャス・バイアスの存在が指摘されている。
本研究では、「女性は理系が苦手」とするジェンダー・ステレオタイプに着目し、人々の進路選択に影響を及ぼすと考えられる「親」を対象として、①先述のようなジェンダー・ステレオタイプに関する意識がどういった属性の人々で強いか明らかにし、②動画や対話型ワークショップを使用した介入によってその意識に変化が表れるか否か調査する。
